I’ve been there (and often still am).

Before my first baby, I was high up in corporate, being head-hunted for big roles, running teams, and chasing the next career win.

Then motherhood hit.

The late nights, the mum guilt, the loss of identity when I stepped away from the “normal” job… it felt like I was failing at both business and life.

That’s why I do this.

Because I know first-hand that you don’t need to work harder. You need someone in your corner who gets the juggle, knows how to make your business run without running yourself ragged, and gives you back the space to be both the mum and the CEO.
